This is a fixed-term contract.

About the job:

• Implement integrated customer engagement plans utilizing digital platforms, in-person interactions, events, and relevant channels to deliver personalized, compliant, and impactful experiences for relevant HCPs

• Plan and coordinate with Commercial & Medical Teams activities in key congresses for 2027

• Ensure localisation and approval of content & assets, coming from Global Franchise team, and ensuring relevance to field force activities

• Orchestrate internal touchpoint for brand plan execution : activity planning, taksforce orchestration for high-impact projects

About you:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Life Sciences, or a related field.

• 3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical, biotech, or healthcare marketing.

• Experience with omnichannel marketing campaigns, HCP engagement, and event/congress management.

• Strong project management skills with the ability to coordinate cross-functional teams.

• Experience localizing and managing marketing content within compliance requirements.

• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

• Fluent in German and English.

The salary range for this position is :€74 628,00 - €111 924,00

Final compensation will be determined based on demonstrated experience, skills, location, and other relevant factors. Employees may be eligible to participate in Company employee benefit programs.
