Job Description

If you love turning ideas into polished, eye-catching advertising and you’re the kind of person who notices when something is just a little off, this could be a great fit. We’re looking for a Marketing Specialist, Advertising Production to help bring our weekly promotions, print materials, and marketing campaigns to life. You’ll work with a collaborative team, juggle a variety of projects, and use both your creative and analytical skills to make sure every piece is accurate, organized, on-brand, and ready to go.

Job Responsibilities

  • Support the development and production of weekly advertising, promotional materials, signage, and other marketing communications.
  • Create, edit, and prepare advertising materials using Adobe Creative Suite, including InDesign, Photoshop, and Illustrator.
  • Coordinate advertising content, product information, pricing, images, and promotional details to ensure materials are complete and accurate.
  • Review advertising materials for accuracy, consistency, formatting, and brand standards prior to publication or distribution.
  • Assist with the production and execution of print, digital, in-store, and other promotional campaigns.
  • Organize and maintain advertising files, creative assets, templates, product images, and marketing resources.
  • Use Microsoft Excel and other Microsoft Office applications to organize, review, and analyze advertising and promotional information.
  • Work collaboratively with Marketing team members, store operations, merchandising teams, vendors, and other departments to gather information and complete projects.
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines while adjusting priorities as business needs change.
  • Identify inconsistencies, missing information, or potential issues and use sound judgment and critical thinking to determine appropriate solutions.
  • Communicate project status, questions, deadlines, and production needs clearly and professionally.
  • Support special marketing projects, campaigns, and initiatives as assigned.
  • Assist in identifying opportunities to improve advertising production processes, organization, accuracy, and efficiency.
  • Maintain knowledge of company branding, marketing standards, promotional processes, and advertising practices.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned.

Work Schedule

  • Monday to Friday, 7:30am to 4:00pm
  • Ability to work after-hours and/or weekends as needed (e.g. visit stores, attend company events)

Requirements

  • Candidates must be 18+ years or older
  • Complete a pre-employment background check
  • Ability to work after-hours and/or weekends as needed (e.g. visit stores, attend company events)

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Advertising, Graphic Design, Communications, or a related field preferred.
  • Equivalent combination of education, training, and relevant professional experience may be considered.
  • Previous experience in marketing, advertising production, graphic design, retail marketing, or a related field preferred.
  • Experience working in a deadline-driven production environment is preferred.

Over the years, Rosauers has grown to include Rosauers Food & Drug stores, Super 1 Foods and Huckleberry's Natural Markets.
