Context & Environment

• TotalEnergies’ EV Charge division supports the operation and develops the sales of EV solutions to support the UK EV customers, primarily for on-street charging.
• TCS is an important department enabling TotalEnergies Group towards its commitment to better energy.
• This ‘young’ department is growing rapidly to respond to the huge transition that is ahead of us.
• Essential link in TotalEnergies’ ambition to be an important actor in the field of Clean Energies.

Activities

• Own and deliver multi-channel campaigns aligned with business objectives, from asset development and approval through to performance reporting to senior management, supported by meaningful data and insights.
• Manage paid advertising campaigns, ensuring value for money through close monitoring, analysis and optimisation of relevant KPIs.
• Create and distribute newsletters using targeted segmentation to improve relevance and engagement.
• Enhance the customer lifecycle in partnership with TCSUK Solution team and TECS Marketing team, identifying opportunities to improve engagement and retention.
• Strengthen customer loyalty in partnership with TCSUK Solutions team and TECS Marketing team.
• Coordinate the POI update strategy to strengthen brand visibility and ensure accurate, consistent information across relevant channels.
• Capture and promote customer testimonials, case studies and milestones to strengthen trust and credibility.
• Be an active contributor in the continuous improvement of existing and new customer journeys, through design and review of branding on EV charge points to wording of automated notifications sent to users.
• Support the TCSUK team with ad hoc marketing requests, prioritising activity in line with business needs.
• Support the Commercial team with communications requirements, including press releases, borough communications and eMSP communications.
• Collaborate closely with the TCSUK and TECS Marketing teams to develop and maintain EV sales tools, including presentations, brochures, case studies, market studies and promotional materials.

Candidate Profile

• 3+ years experience in marketing/comms preferred.
• Customer journey and customer value proposition design experience.
• A passion for e-Mobility, EV Charging and sustainable mobility will be advantageous.
• Commercial & customer-oriented mindset.
• Ability to build strong partnership relations at all levels to Director/MD.
• Creative, entrepreneurial, hands-on approach and above all a team player.
• Flexible and agile with a proactive attitude in rapidly growing environment
• Able to work autonomously and set own targets.
