Fives High Precision Machines is seeking a driven and hands-on Marketing Specialist to support our growing Aftermarket Americas organization, HPM Academy, and Cutting Tools | Abrasives business. This unique role combines marketing, communications, business growth, customer engagement, workforce development, and sales enablement into one dynamic position.

Reporting to the Global Director of Marketing & Communications, you will work directly with divisional leaders, sales teams, field service organizations, engineers, and technical experts to help bring our service vision to life. From launching new service offerings and promoting technical training programs to creating content, managing campaigns, supporting trade shows, and growing our digital presence, you'll play a critical role in helping our businesses grow.

What You'll Do

Bring Our Service Strategy to Life

Our Aftermarket Americas organization is focused on helping customers maximize the value of their equipment through our Service, Enhance, and Renew pillars. You will help transform these strategic initiatives into customer-facing programs and sales tools that drive business growth.

• Develop marketing and sales enablement materials that support HPM's service portfolio.
• Create brochures, presentations, digital content, videos, infographics, and campaign materials.
• Translate complex technical solutions into clear, customer-focused messaging.
• Collaborate with business leaders to identify market opportunities and growth initiatives.
• Support internal programs that strengthen awareness of HPM's service capabilities across divisions.

Support the Growth of the HPM Academy

The HPM Academy is a strategic investment in workforce development and customer training. You will help promote and grow this exciting initiative through engaging marketing and communications programs.

• Develop academy marketing campaigns and promotional materials.
• Manage and produce the monthly HPM Academy newsletter.
• Support academy open houses, training events, graduation celebrations, and recruiting initiatives.
• Create content that highlights student success stories, training opportunities, and workforce development programs.
• Partner with HR, trainers, and operational leaders to increase awareness and participation.

Lead Marketing Activities for Cutting Tools | Abrasives

You'll serve as the primary marketing resource for the CTA business, helping showcase products, technologies, applications, and customer success stories.

• Develop social media content and communications strategies.
• Create product literature, videos, presentations, and sales tools.
• Support trade shows, customer events, and promotional campaigns.
• Build product awareness across the HPM network through internal displays and educational initiatives.
• Identify opportunities to leverage synergies across HPM businesses.

Tell Great Stories

We are looking for someone who is naturally curious and enjoys uncovering stories from employees, customers, and projects.

• Develop customer success stories, employee spotlights, new order announcements, and technology features.
• Capture photography, video, testimonials, and case studies.
• Manage content across websites, email campaigns, social media, and marketing materials.
• Work with industry media partners and publications to expand visibility.

Support Digital Marketing and Events

You'll help drive engagement through digital channels and customer-facing events.

Responsibilities include:

• Managing and updating website content.
• Supporting marketing campaigns and lead generation initiatives.
• Monitoring digital marketing performance.
• Assisting with trade shows, customer events, academy programs, and open houses.
• Creating event materials, social media coverage, presentations, and post-event communications.

Qualifications

Required:

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Technical Writing, Sales, or related field.
• 3-5 years of experience in marketing, communications, or related disciplines.
• Strong writing, editing, and content development skills.
• Experience with social media management and digital communications.
• Experience creating professional PowerPoint presentations and marketing materials.
• Experience coordinating vendors and managing budgets.

Preferred:

• Experience within B2B, industrial, manufacturing, technical services, or engineered products industries.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign), Canva, or related creative tools.
• Experience with website platforms such as Typo3, WordPress, or similar CMS platforms.
• Experience working within a multi-site, multi-business, or international organization.
