Marketing Specialist

You will play an important role in bringing the Brunel brand to life across our digital channels, creating engaging content and supporting campaigns that connect with candidates, clients and employees.

Working as part of a collaborative marketing team, you will have the opportunity to get involved in everything from website content and SEO to social media, email marketing, digital campaigns, analytics and internal communications.

Key responsibilities:

• Creating, scheduling and publishing engaging content across Brunel’s digital channels.
• Supporting the management and ongoing optimisation of Brunel’s websites.
• Creating content for social media, email marketing, websites, case studies, presentations and other marketing materials.
• Assisting with digital marketing campaigns to support recruitment, business development and client initiatives.
• Supporting SEO activities, including keyword research, content optimisation and website improvements.
• Monitoring digital campaign and content performance and using insights to identify opportunities for improvement.
• Assisting with email marketing and EDM campaigns.
• Maintaining brand consistency across all digital content and communications.
• Supporting internal communications and employee engagement initiatives.
• Assisting with marketing activities for events, webinars, networking functions and sponsorships.
• Keeping up to date with digital marketing trends, platforms and emerging technologies, including practical applications of AI.

Requirements

We're looking for a motivated marketing professional with 3-5 years' experience in marketing, communications or a related field who is passionate about creating high-quality work and continuously developing their skills.

You'll have strong attention to detail, excellent communication skills and a collaborative approach.

As part of a small, high-performing team, you'll enjoy building relationships across the business, contributing ideas and working towards shared goals.

• 3-5 years' experience in marketing, communications or a related discipline
• Experience creating content for websites, social media and other digital channels
• Strong understanding of marketing fundamentals and SEO principles
• Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality
• Strong organisational and stakeholder management skills
• A proactive mindset, willingness to take ownership and passion for continuous improvement
• An interest in digital innovation and emerging technologies, including AI
