Job Title: Marketing & Lead Generation

Location: South Africa

Job Type: Part-Time, Remote

Working Hours: US Hours 4 hours a day between 9:00AM - 5:00pm EST

Salary: South African Rand (ZAR)

We are seeking a creative, hands-on, and commercially minded Marketing Specialist to support the marketing and growth of a service-based business.

The successful candidate will be responsible for creating professional marketing materials, developing engaging LinkedIn content, designing brochures and other visual assets, and supporting email marketing campaigns and follow-up communications.

This role requires someone who can work independently, take a brief or idea and turn it into a polished marketing concept, and produce high-quality work suitable for a professional U.S. business audience.

Experience marketing services is essential. Previous experience within logistics, freight, transportation, or B2B services would be highly advantageous.

Key Responsibilities

• Create professional, high-quality marketing materials, including brochures, presentations, service sheets, and other promotional assets.
• Design polished visual content suitable for a professional U.S. business audience.
• Create engaging and relevant content for LinkedIn.
• Develop LinkedIn content targeted at decision-makers and business professionals, including:
• Support the development and execution of marketing campaigns.
• Create and manage email marketing campaigns and follow-up communications.
• Use Zoho or a comparable CRM/email marketing platform to manage mass email campaigns.
• Assist with audience targeting, campaign messaging, and follow-up communications.
• Translate marketing briefs and business requirements into clear and professional visual concepts.
• Ensure all marketing materials are accurate, professional, and aligned with the company's brand and services.
• Work independently and manage multiple marketing projects simultaneously.
• Learn and adapt to new CRM and marketing systems quickly.
• Identify opportunities to improve marketing content, campaigns, and communication.

Requirements

Proven experience working in a Marketing, Content Marketing, Digital Marketing, or Marketing Specialist role.

A strong portfolio demonstrating professional marketing and design work.

Proven experience creating:

• Professional brochures
• LinkedIn content
• Email marketing campaigns
• Service-based marketing materials
• Professional visual marketing assets

Strong hands-on design skills with the ability to create polished, high-quality visuals.

Experience marketing services, rather than exclusively physical products.

Experience with LinkedIn marketing and B2B content creation.

Ability to create content targeted at senior decision-makers and business professionals.

Experience using Zoho or a comparable CRM and email marketing platform.

Experience managing mass email campaigns and follow-up communications.

Ability to learn and adapt to new CRM systems quickly.

Strong written and verbal English communication skills.

Excellent attention to detail and ability to produce accurate work.

Ability to work independently without requiring repeated direction.
