What You Will Do

Nissha Medical Technologies is looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our Corporate Marketing team! This position is responsible for developing and executing creative marketing materials that support Nissha Medical Technologies' corporate and divisional marketing initiatives.

This position combines strong graphic design capabilities with an understanding of marketing communications, brand strategy, and customer engagement. The Marketing Specialist works closely with Product Marketing, Sales, Engineering, and other internal stakeholders to translate business and marketing objectives into effective visual communications across digital, print, social media, web, events, and other channels.

The ideal candidate is a strong designer who is interested in growing beyond design execution into broader marketing and content development.

  • Develop creative concepts and execute graphic design projects that support corporate, divisional, product, and campaign marketing initiatives.
  • Create marketing materials for digital and print applications, including brochures, advertisements, presentations, sales materials, mailers, social media graphics, web graphics, trade show materials, and other promotional communications.
  • Maintain and consistently apply Nissha Medical Technologies’ brand standards across all assigned projects.
  • Develop layouts, graphics, visual concepts, and supporting creative assets for marketing campaigns and communications.
  • Assist with trade show preparation and execution, including booth graphics, signage, presentations, promotional materials, and other event-related creative.
  • Develop and produce video and motion-based content for marketing communications, including product videos, social media content, and other digital media. Capture footage, edit video, incorporate graphics and motion elements, and deliver content appropriate for the intended audience and channel.
  • Maintain and organize creative assets, templates, photography, graphics, and other marketing resources.
  • Develop graphics and visual content for corporate and divisional social media channels.
  • Support the development and execution of email marketing campaigns through the creation of graphics, layouts, supporting content, and other creative assets.
  • Stay current with graphic design, digital media, visual communications, and marketing trends, and identify opportunities to improve the effectiveness of Nissha Medical Technologies’ creative work.
  • Work with Product Marketing to understand product information, market priorities, target audiences, positioning, and key messages, and translate those inputs into effective creative communications.
  • Collaborate with Sales, Engineering, Quality/Regulatory, and other subject matter experts as needed to gather information and ensure marketing materials are accurate and appropriate.
  • Communicate effectively with managers and employees across departments to clarify project requirements, gather information, manage expectations, and complete projects.
  • Manage multiple projects and deadlines while maintaining quality, accuracy, and attention to detail.
  • Participate in project planning, creative reviews, and brainstorming sessions, and provide recommendations based on design and marketing expertise.
  • Identify opportunities to improve existing materials, templates, processes, and creative approaches.
  • Perform other duties as assigned.

What You Bring

Core Qualifications

  • BFA/BS in Graphic Design, Fine Arts, Marketing Program
  • 2 Years of Professional Graphic Design Experience
  • Requires a portfolio showing graphic design, typography, layout, branding

Preferred Qualifications

  • Proficiency of Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, In Design, Premier as well as other mediums for Graphic Design
  • Proven ability to multi-task
  • Demonstrated time and project Management ability
  • Microsoft Office knowledge including Word, PowerPoint, and Excel
  • Proven ability to think creatively to develop innovative ideas and solution
  • Knowledge of basic Graphic Design and design strategies
  • Knowledge of Hubspot, and Constant Contact or similar types of tools a plus

Compensation & Benefits

The expected salary range for this position is $65,000-$80,000/year. Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, skills, qualifications, and geographic location.
