Marketing Specialist – Open to all NBC locations within MN and WI
Job Type: Full-time 32 hrs./week, Non-exempt

The Marketing Specialist plays a key role in keeping NBC's marketing department running smoothly while leading the organization's social media program, employee advocacy initiatives, associate communications, and other day-to-day marketing activities. This role develops and schedules social media content, coordinates new hire communications, maintains website content, and handles a variety of administrative and operational tasks that support the department's initiatives and projects. The ideal candidate is a proactive self-starter who is organized, detail-oriented, and able to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications
- Graphic design skills are preferred (Adobe Creative Suite; ability to create and edit branded content)
- Solid writing skills for social content, spotlights, and internal communications
- Comfort with social media platforms and digital tools
- Ability to take initiative and work independently
- Collaborative, positive, and eager to support both the marketing team and internal partners
- Ability to always exhibit NBC core values: Respect, Integrity, Teamwork, and Accountability
Compensation and BenefitsThe pay range for this position is $23.00 to $35.00 per hour, contingent on relevant skills, training, experience, education and other job-related factors permitted by law.
