CONTEXT

As Marketing Specialist – Swiss Market, you act as a key interface between HQ, local stakeholders and retail partners, ensuring the seamless deployment of the marketing strategy while elevating brand desirability and client engagement across the Swiss market.

You play a pivotal role in connecting global vision with local execution, driving consistency, relevance and performance across all touchpoints.


This position is offered as a 12-month fixed-term contract and will based in our offices in Meyrin, Switzerland

HOW WILL YOU MAKE AN IMPACT?

TRADE MARKETING

  • Act as a trusted partner to the Swiss market, ensuring the effective deployment and local adaptation of HQ marketing initiatives.
  • Collaborate closely with boutiques and partners to activate marketing plans and strengthen local initiatives.
  • Ensure rigorous monitoring and control of A&P budgets.

EVENTS

  • Orchestrate high-impact events across boutiques and key partners, reflecting the Maison’s standards of excellence.
  • Contribute to the definition of guest targeting and ensure the relevance and quality of each experience.
  • Monitor performance and continuously refine activations to elevate quality and effectiveness.
  • Build, manage and optimize budgets with a strong focus on ROI.

VISUAL MERCHANDISING

  • Elevate the in-store expression of the Maison by ensuring the refined and consistent deployment of visual merchandising guidelines across all points of sale.
  • Orchestrate window animations and in-store activations to enhance visibility and client experience.
  • Conduct regular field visits to assess execution quality, identify improvement areas and implement concrete action plans.
  • Coordinate all operational aspects related to VM, including deliveries and installations, ensuring flawless execution.
  • Lead traveling exhibitions and local VM projects to reinforce brand impact and coherence across the market.

MANUFACTURE EXPERIENCE

  • Orchestrate and structure manufacture visits as a key strategic lever to strengthen brand equity and client engagement.
  • Craft bespoke experiences for selected clients and media, showcasing craftsmanship and heritage.
  • Oversee the end-to-end organization of each visit, ensuring a seamless, refined and memorable experience.
  • Leverage these experiences to reinforce emotional connection with the brand and support long-term relationship building.

WHAT ABOUT YOU?

  • Proven experience in Trade Marketing, with strong business and retail sensitivity.
  • Experience in the watchmaking or luxury industry is favorable.
  • Ability to manage multiple projects with autonomy, from planning to execution and performance follow-up.
  • Strong stakeholder management skills, with the ability to influence and collaborate across functions.
  • Structured, solution-oriented and proactive mindset, with strong ownership.
  • Agile, adaptable and comfortable in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to execution excellence.
  • Fluent in English and French; German is a plus.
  • Proficiency in MS Office; SAP knowledge is an advantage.
  • Willingness to travel regularly.
