Do you love social media, get a kick out of what AI is doing to marketing, and want to help build a brand that's genuinely going places? We're looking for a Marketing Specialist to join the Sope team. Bonus points if you love turning ideas into short-form video that's fun to watch and still lands the message.

This is a great fit for someone earlier in their marketing career who wants broad, hands-on exposure across digital marketing, content, brand and sales enablement, with the support of a close-knit team, an in-house designer, and trusted agency partners to fill in the gaps.

Your primary responsibilities will be to:

• Manage our social platforms and support paid digital campaigns
• Create content for blog, LinkedIn, social and EDMs, and keep our website fresh
• Protect and build the Sope brand across every touchpoint
• Support the sales team with collateral, reporting and lead tracking
• Coordinate with our outsourced events partner when Sope runs or sponsors an event

You'll bring energy, curiosity and a genuine interest in AI, including vibe marketing, and where marketing is heading in this rapidly evolving space. You don't need to be an expert in everything. We'll back you with an in-house designer and agency partners for the skills we don't need you to have.

What we're looking for:

• Some experience in digital marketing, social media, digital ads or SEO, even if it's your first role
• A genuine interest in AI and its impact on marketing, including vibe marketing and other modern AI tools
• Confidence running social platforms day to day
• Strong writing skills across different formats and channels
• Highly organised and comfortable managing several things at once
• Self-motivated, but also a great team player
• Curious, always keen to try new tools and approaches
• Enjoy creating short-form video and social content, whether that's a quick explainer, a behind-the-scenes moment or something just for a laugh

Requirements

Responsibilities will include:

• Managing our social media platforms and digital ad campaigns with agency support
• Building our content engine across blog, LinkedIn, social and EDMs
• Keeping our website current and performing
• Protecting and building the Sope brand across every touchpoint
• Supporting sales with content, reporting and lead tracking
• Coordinating with our outsourced events agency when we run or sponsor an event
• Gathering customer feedback to inform sales and the wider team
