Job Title: Marketing Specialist

We are seeking a creative and results-driven Marketing Specialist to join our team at a leading Consumer Electronics company in Jordan. The successful candidate will be responsible for planning and executing marketing campaigns, strengthening brand awareness, supporting sales initiatives, and enhancing customer engagement across both digital and traditional marketing channels.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and implement marketing strategies aligned with the company's business objectives.
• Plan, execute, and monitor digital marketing campaigns across social media, email, and online advertising platforms.
• Create engaging marketing content, including brochures, presentations, newsletters, and social media posts.
• Coordinate with internal departments and external agencies to ensure consistent brand messaging.
• Conduct market research to identify customer needs, industry trends, and competitor activities.
• Organise and support exhibitions, events, product launches, and promotional campaigns.
• Monitor campaign performance and prepare reports with insights and recommendations for improvement.
• Manage the company's website and digital presence to ensure up-to-date and relevant content.
• Support the sales team by developing marketing materials and lead-generation initiatives.
• Ensure all marketing activities comply with the company's branding guidelines.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Communications, or a related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in marketing, preferably within the energy, industrial, or engineering sector.
• Strong understanding of digital marketing tools, social media platforms, and content creation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and marketing tools such as Google Analytics, Meta Business Suite, or similar platforms.
• Excellent communication skills in both Arabic and English.
• Strong analytical, organisational, and project management skills.
• Creative mindset with attention to detail and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Preferred Skills

• Experience with graphic design tools such as Adobe Photoshop, Illustrator, or Canva.
• Knowledge of SEO, SEM, and email marketing.
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

• Candidates with experience in Consumer Electronics are preferred
