Responsibilities • Support marketing budget management, including invoice processing, coding, and monthly reconciliation. • Produce internal marketing reports and communications. • Conduct research and provide support for marketing initiatives. • Maintain and support SharePoint marketing sites and related platforms. • Support creative and promotional requests, including community advertisements, speaker support social images, and branded collateral. • Draft and schedule social media content through Sprout Social. • Assist with proposal and website biography reviews for accuracy, formatting, and brand alignment. • Manage firm headshot coordination and related brand governance processes. • Support the development of PowerPoint presentations and marketing materials for campaigns and events. • Perform annual accounting list submissions and reporting for business journal publications. • Review and maintain external membership listings, including logos, firm descriptions, and URLs. Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree required • Minimum of 2 years of marketing coordination or operations experience • Experience with Microsoft Office, PowerPoint, SharePoint, and social media management platforms • Strong organizational and project management skills • Strong written and verbal communication skills • Strong research skills and proficiency with technology tools • Ability to collaborate effectively with global teams across multiple time zones while also working independently • Ability to manage multiple marketing projects and requests simultaneously while meeting deadlines • Experience in B2B or professional services marketing preferred.
