Job Category: MarketingThe Marketing Specialist is responsible for planning, executing, and optimizing integrated marketing initiatives that drive brand awareness, customer acquisition, engagement, and revenue growth. This role blends strategic planning with hands-on campaign management across multiple channels, focusing on key areas of Local Marketing Partnerships, Member Communications, and Club-Level Marketing objectives across our 70+ clubs in Alaska, Florida, Georgia, Oregon, South Carolina, Puerto Rico and Ontario Canada.

QualificationsLocal Marketing Partnerships
- Develop and execute localized marketing plans to increase new member sign-ups and trial conversions from walk-ins, referrals, and community outreach.
- Evaluate and build relationships with local businesses, schools, and community organizations for cross-promotions.
- Coordinate sponsorships and local events to increase brand awareness.
- Execute grand openings, anniversary events, and new class launches.
Member Communications
- Maintain consistency in messaging, signage, and in-club promotions.
- Analyze member behavior and implement campaigns to reduce churn.
- Develop email campaigns to increase engagement and attendance and reduce churn.
- Address emergency/scheduled closures to our member base
Club-Level Marketing
- Ensure current offers are aligned with local media messaging
- Update posted and in club digital signage
- Order additional collateral for separate marketing initiatives
- Occasional travel for Grand Opening Events
About You
- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communications, or related field.
- 3–5+ years of marketing experience, preferably in retail, hospitality, or franchise environments.
- Experience managing local marketing campaigns and community partnerships.
- Experience with CRM, SFMC
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Nice to have: Proficient in Spanish
