Founded in 1967, Roland Berger is the only strategy consulting firm of European origin with a strong international presence. Since 1993, Roland Berger has established a strong office in Belgium (Brussels), with a young and dynamic team of ~80 professionals. We support leading investment, industrial and service companies as well as public institutions in all aspects of corporate management – from strategic direction through to the implementation of new business processes and organizational structures.

You will support the following activities:

• Send out our thought leadership (studies, reports,…) via direct mailing campaigns to our clients (top management of Belgium’s most notable companies)
• Drive social media campaigns and brand awareness
• Prepare press releases and media outreach
• Support the organization of events, such as our regular CEO roundtables
• Track the results of our marketing efforts and improve impact
• Liaise with our Platforms (groups of consultants working on a given industry or topic) to make our marketing efforts as effective as possible
• Liaise with our Global Marketing team, to apply the Group best practices and ways of working, to the Belgian market
• Safeguard the correct use of our CRM and many marketing tools
• The above responsibilities are indicative and may evolve depending on business needs

Qualifications

You have the following background / field of interests:

• A bachelor’s or master’s degree in marketing, communications, business or a related field
• Initiative, and a structured, solution-oriented way of working
• Team spirit, with strong collaboration skills
• Very good communication and writing skills in English and ideally, Dutch and/or French
• Proficiency in marketing automation technology (CRM, LinkedIn campaigns,…)
