This role is responsible for executing marketing activities that directly support revenue growth and sales performance.
Hiring Background:
This is a maternity leave cover position, expected to last approximately 18 months.
Manage marketing lead generation and pipeline development
Plan and execute multi-channel marketing initiatives, including:
Email marketing
Website management & SEO
Content marketing
Event marketing
Social media campaigns
Drive PR activities, including partnerships with industry associations
Track and manage the marketing budget
Develop and maintain marketing materials
Lead generation: 2,200 leads
Conversion to opportunities: 120
Marketing-driven closed deals: 19
Reporting Line: Head of Marketing, North Asia (Japan-based)
Team Size: 6 members (North Asia Marketing Team)
Key Stakeholders: Korea Sales & Operations teams
Bilingual proficiency in Korean and English
2–3 years of B2B marketing experience
Hands-on experience with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce)
Experience managing social media channels
Experience with paid advertising campaigns
Skills in design and video content creation
Background in a marketing agency
Strong analytical capabilities with attention to detail
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
Critical thinking and problem-solving ability
Ability to work under pressure in a competitive environment
Collaborative mindset with strong teamwork skills
