Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Planning and execution of trade show events in Taiwan and Korea.
• Coordination with PM, Sales, and Marketing teams on event details.
• Event planning, speaker arrangement, and on-site activity design.
• Support for internal events in Taiwan (e.g., Anniversary Celebration, Year-End Party).
• Handling of internal promotional materials in Taiwan
• Management and printing of printed promotional materials in Taiwan
• Streamlined event organization processes
• Enhanced event interaction and creativity
• Improved communication and sales evaluation between Event and Sales teams

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Communication, or related field.
• 3–5 years of experience in event planning or trade shows.
• Strong project and time management skills.
• Experience in event logistics, speaker setup, and on-site activities.
• Able to handle internal and printed promotional materials.
• Good at organizing and improving event processes.
• Creative in designing interactive event ideas.
• Strong communication skills with Sales and other teams.
• Able to work under pressure and manage multiple tasks.
• Proficient in MS Office; design tools (Illustrator, InDesign) are a plus.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English; Korean is a plus.
