The Marketing Specialist will support the marketing efforts of the real estate team by collaborating closely with agents to create, manage, and execute engaging content.
This role will be responsible for developing and executing marketing strategies that elevate property listings and personal brands, including creating and editing high-quality video and digital content, managing and scheduling social media campaigns, supporting listing promotions across platforms, and contributing to broader marketing initiatives such as email campaigns, events, and brand development – while ensuring consistency, tracking performance metrics, and adapting strategies to maximize engagement and lead generation.
