We are searching for a motivated and customer-oriented Client Service Representative to join our Cincinnati team. This role focuses on supporting clients, addressing service needs, and maintaining positive relationships through consistent and professional communication.
Assist in the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns and projects
Support client accounts by ensuring deliverables are completed on time and meet expectations
Maintain organized records of marketing activities, timelines, and materials
Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth workflow and project completion
Monitor campaign progress and provide updates to supervisors and team members
High school diploma or equivalent required
Previous marketing, administrative, or project support experience is a plus
Strong organizational and multitasking skills
Excellent verbal and written communication abilities
Detail-oriented with a proactive and professional attitude
Ability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
