Job Identification

We are looking for a Marketing Specialist to join our team in Tashkent.

What we expect

Development and implementation of trade marketing strategies Planning and executing marketing activities to promote the brand and increase sales through distribution channels (retail chains, online stores, partner networks). Market and competitive environment analysis Researching market trends, competitive offerings, consumer needs, and identifying new opportunities for product promotion. Working with trade partners Organizing and maintaining long-term relationships with key trade partners (distributors, retailers), participating in negotiations, and finalizing contracts. Development of promotional materials Creating and adapting advertising materials, POS (point-of-sale) materials, promotions, and events for retail locations, as well as organizing their placement. Managing promotions and campaigns Developing, coordinating, and analyzing the effectiveness of promotions, discounts, loyalty programs aimed at increasing sales and improving the brand's image at the point of sale. Training and supporting salespeople Conducting training sessions for salespeople, educating them on product features, brand advantages, and sales techniques. Monitoring the effectiveness of trade channels Tracking the results of trade marketing activities, collecting and analyzing sales data, evaluating the effectiveness of promotions and offers, and adjusting strategies accordingly. Budgeting and expense control Planning and controlling the budget for trade marketing activities, ensuring the efficient use of resources. Working with internal teams Collaborating with sales, logistics, and product development departments to align activities, improve the promotion process, and adapt to market changes. Reporting development Preparing regular reports for management on ongoing promotions, the results of their implementation, and suggestions for improving the strategy.

Qualification

At least 2-3 years of experience in a similar position in trade marketing, marketing, or sales in B2B or B2C segments.
