Your new role

As a Marketing Specialist, you'll be at the forefront of the execution of our brand strategies. This is a role where your creativity, versatility, and fresh perspective will directly influence how we reach healthcare professionals across the country. You'll have the freedom to experiment with new approaches while learning from experienced colleagues in a supportive, collaborative environment.

Your responsibilities will include:

  • Definition and execution of marketing brand plans for both healthcare professionals and consumers, ensuring alignment with global objectives while meeting local market needs
  • Coordinating multi-channel marketing campaigns that boost brand visibility and engagement across field force, digital platforms, events, and medical congresses
  • Managing the localization of global materials, working closely with agencies and internal stakeholders to ensure compliance with local regulations
  • Monitoring brand performance, KPIs, and campaign effectiveness, using data analytics to identify trends and optimize marketing approaches
  • Supporting market analysis including competitor tracking, insights gathering, and customer feedback to refine strategies


Your new department

Within our Portuguese affiliate, the Cardiometabolic Marketing team plays a critical role in communicating innovative treatments to healthcare professionals and patients, in the right way. You'll work in an environment where agility meets strategic rigour, where local market expertise is valued, and where your ability to build strong relationships with HCPs, field teams and cross-functional stakeholders will be essential to success.

Your skills & qualifications

We're looking for a Marketing Specialist who is eager to grow, open to new challenges, and excited about making a difference in patients' lives. You'll bring:

  • A Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Life Sciences, or a related field
  • Around 2 to 6 years of experience in brand marketing across multiple channels, ideally within pharmaceutical or healthcare industries
  • Previous experience working in cross-functional teams with strong collaboration and in a matrix organization.
  • Fluency in Portuguese and English (written and spoken)
  • As this is an office-based role, base in Lisbon area is quired.

You have a creative mindset with enthusiasm for generating innovative ideas and trying new approaches to marketing challenges. You show versatility and adaptability – being comfortable juggling multiple projects and pivoting when priorities shift. Strong communication skills and openness to collaborating with diverse teams across functions is key for success together with analytical curiosity
