About Brighton Center

At Brighton Center, we witness the magic of possibility every day. For over 50 years, we've been privileged to be San Antonio's cornerstone for early intervention services, where we see children with disabilities and delays discover abilities to succeed and thrive.

What truly sets us apart isn't just what we do—it's how we do it. While others might focus on limitations, we celebrate capabilities. We see the spark in every child's eyes when they accomplish something new. Through our holistic approach, we walk alongside nearly 4,000 children and their families in Bexar County annually, creating personalized journeys that honor each child's unique potential.

Brighton Center isn't just a place—it's a community where transformation happens. Our family of almost 200 passionate specialists—therapists, educators, and advocates—comes together with one shared heartbeat: the belief that every child deserves to be seen for their abilities, not their challenges.

We partner with families on their journey, transforming worry into wonder as parents become their child's most powerful coach, educator, and advocate. Together, we celebrate milestones big and small, knowing that each achievement builds toward a bright future with possibilities.

Our comprehensive services include:

 Early Childhood Intervention (ECI)

 Pediatric Therapy (speech, occupational, physical)

 Inclusive Education Centers

 Special Education Advocacy

 Parent Education and Support

Each child's path may look different, but our promise remains the same: unwavering optimism and the heartfelt belief that every child can be everything they were created to be.

Here, there are only abilities. And endless possibilities.
