Customer Segmentation: วิเคราะห์และจัดกลุ่มลูกค้าเพื่อวางแผนการดูแลให้ตอบโจทย์แต่ละกลุ่ม
Customer Journey & Communication: ออกแบบเส้นทางประสบการณ์ลูกค้าและข้อความการสื่อสารให้ง่าย สะดวก และไม่ซับซ้อน
Data & Insight Analysis: จัดทำรายงานผลการดำเนินงาน วิเคราะห์เสียงของลูกค้า (VOC) และความพึงพอใจ (CE Survey)
Continuous Improvement: วางแผนและดำเนินกิจกรรมแก้ไข Pain Point เพื่อยกระดับประสบการณ์ลูกค้าให้ดียิ่งขึ้น
Roles & Responses
1. วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลลูกค้า เพื่อนำมากำหนดเงื่อนไข และจัดทำ Group ของ Segmentations และวางแผนการดูแลลูกค้าแต่ละ Segmentation ให้เหมาะสม
2. จัดทำ/ควบคุม message ที่จะสื่อสารไปยังลูกค้า รวมถึง Messenge & Journey ของ Product/Service ต่าง ๆ ให้มีการ Design Customer Journey ที่เหมาะสม ไม่ซับซ้อน ยุ่งยาก เข้าถึงง่าย
3. จัดทำ Report Performance รวมถึงวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลจาก VOC และผลของ CE Survey ต่าง ๆ
4. จัดทำ Improvement Plan Activity ต่าง ๆ เพื่อแก้ไข Pain point จาก CE report เพื่อให้ลูกค้าได้รับประสพการณ์ที่ดียิ่งขึ้น
