Job Description

Are you passionate about social media, content creation, and the world of gaming? We’re looking for a Social Media Marketing Specialist to help present the voice of the Outfit7 brand and build thriving online communities around Outfit7 IPs. In this role, you’ll manage official social media channels, operate the launch of content-driven campaigns, and help grow Outfit7 presence across China’s biggest platforms.

In this role you will

  • Manage official social media accounts, including roadmap for various platforms, content planning and scheduling, posting updates, and daily account operation.
  • Conduct regular reviews and analysis of social media performance to continuously optimize content and approaches, improving content effectiveness and distribution efficiency.
  • Plan and execute content-driven campaigns including, but not limited to, UGC events and KOL/KOC collaborations etc., to develop a healthy content ecosystem for the IP.
  • Proactively identify and track short-video content trends and hot topics, and produce creative short-video content that aligns with the brand’s IP style and positioning.
  • - 负责官方社交媒体账号的管理与运营,包括各平台阵地的策略制定、多个账号的内容设计与排期规划、发布文案撰写、官号日常运营等,提升IP及游戏的社媒热度;
  • - 定期进行账号运营数据的复盘与分析,持续优化内容与运营策略,提升内容表现及传播效率;
  • - 持续关注各社媒平台热点内容与用户产出,策划和落地内容传播活动,包括但不限于用户征集、KOL/KOC合作等,构建良好的IP内容生态;
  • 主动洞察并跟进短视频内容趋势与热点,创作兼具创意、同时契合品牌 IP 风格与定位的短视频内容。

What we’re looking for

  • Good knowledge of managing and operating social media accounts on Chinese platforms.
  • Good knowledge of major social media platforms in China (e.g. TikTok, Rednote, Kwai etc.), as well as their trends and user preferences.
  • Good copywriting and creative content skills.
  • Strong team collaboration, communication, problem-solving, and follow-through skills.
  • Self-motivated working style, with a can-do attitude.
  • Fluency in the English language, both written and spoken.
  • 熟悉国内游戏的官号社媒运营;
  • 熟悉国内主流社媒平台(如抖音、小红书、快手等),对各内容平台的用户偏好、热点趋势有一定理解;
  • 具备出色的文案写作能力、创意内容能力,以及图文/视频内容制作经验者;
  • 有较强的团队协作能力、沟通能力、问题解决能力及执行力;
  • 工作主动,积极乐观;
  • 英语流利(书面和口语),可作为工作语言。

Your experience

  • Bachelor’s degree or above, with 1–3 years of experience in social media marketing or content promotion in the games industry; experience with casual games or IP-driven games is preferred.
  • Proven success in managing official social media accounts or personal influencer/media channels is preferred.
  • Experience in producing PGC/UGC content is a plus.
  • Experience working with image or video content is preferred.
  • Passion for gaming, and an understanding of games and gaming culture.
  • 本科及以上学历,1~3年游戏行业社媒传播/内容营销经验,有休闲品类或内容IP向游戏优先;
  • 有成功的官方账号社媒运营经历或个人自媒体经历者优先;
  • 有PGC/UGC相关内容制作经验者优先;
  • 有图片或视频内容相关工作经验的应聘者优先。
  • 对游戏充满激情,对各种游戏和游戏文化有了解。
