The Terumo Interventional Systems (TIS) business unit is committed to driving innovation and delivering advanced solutions in the medical device industry. Our Marketing EMEA team plays a key role in developing product innovations and upstream marketing strategies. By combining market insights, customer needs and cross-functional collaboration, the team works to develop impactful solutions for an evolving healthcare environment. As part of this ambition, we are increasingly exploring how digital solutions and AI can help us better understand customer needs and support more customer-centric engagement.
How can AI help our teams better understand the unique needs of a hospital and connect them with the right solutions?
During this internship, you will investigate, design, build and test a proof-of-concept AI agent in Microsoft Copilot that helps connect hospital needs with Terumo's value-added services. From understanding the business need and structuring the right information to building and validating the agent, you will turn an innovative idea into a functional solution that can support sales teams in their customer conversations.

This internship offers the opportunity to work at the intersection of AI, healthcare and marketing, while taking real ownership of a project from initial research and needs analysis to a functional proof of concept. You’ll gain hands-on experience with Microsoft Copilot, collaborate with colleagues across marketing, sales and other functions, and learn how customer needs are translated into meaningful solutions within our industry.
You’ll join a team that is actively exploring how AI and digital innovation can improve the way we work and ultimately contribute to Terumo’s purpose of “Advancing healthcare with heart".
