The Marketing Services Manager plays a key role in supporting the resort’s brand presence, driving strategic marketing initiatives, and ensuring alignment between business goals and marketing execution across all departments.
The Marketing Services Manager is responsible for leading the development, execution, and performance of marketing initiatives that support resort-wide business objectives. This role partners closely with operational leaders to translate business needs into strategic marketing plans and ensures all initiatives are executed with consistency, quality, and measurable impact.
This position oversees marketing workflow, manages creative projects, and leads a team while maintaining accountability for results. The role requires a balance of strategic thinking, hands-on execution, and leadership in a fast-paced, multi-outlet resort environment.
Job Specifications
Onsite: Black Desert Resort Shift & Schedule Availability: Year-Round / Full-Time Pay Range: $75,000 – $85,000/year. This is the pay range we reasonably expect to pay for this position. Individual compensation decisions are based on a variety of factors.
