As a Marketing Services Associate - Healthcare Campaigns, you will help deliver healthcare communications for leading pharmaceutical, MedTech and Consumer Health organizations. Using tools such as Salesforce Marketing Cloud, you'll support campaigns that help healthcare professionals stay informed and engaged.

This role is ideal for someone who enjoys digital campaign execution, working with data and technology, and growing their marketing expertise in a highly innovative sector.

What You'll Do

As part of our Marketing Services team, you will support the end-to-end delivery of healthcare campaigns across multiple channels.

Your responsibilities will include:

• Building, testing and deploying campaigns in Salesforce Marketing Cloud.
• Supporting email, landing page, website, banner, LinkedIn and direct mail campaigns.
• Working closely with clients, internal teams and international delivery teams to ensure smooth execution.
• Managing audience segmentation, personalization, testing and campaign reporting.
• Performing quality checks to ensure accuracy, compliance and an excellent customer experience.
• Supporting healthcare communication initiatives, including DHPC services.
• Maintaining clear documentation and campaign records.
• Identifying opportunities to improve processes and campaign performance.

What You Bring

You'll Be Successful If You Have:

• Native-level Dutch and professional English communication skills.
• 1 to 4 years of experience in digital marketing, campaign operations, marketing automation or client service delivery.
• Hands-on Salesforce Marketing Cloud experience.
• Experience with email marketing and customer data.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• An analytical mindset and interest in campaign performance.
• The ability to manage multiple priorities and stakeholders.
• A proactive attitude and eagerness to learn.

Nice to Have

• Salesforce Marketing Cloud Email Specialist certification.
• Experience with websites, CMS platforms, landing pages, banners or social media campaigns.
• Experience in healthcare, pharma, MedTech or another regulated industry.
• Familiarity with Salesforce CRM, Jira, Power BI, Google Analytics or similar tools.
