As a Marketing & Sales PMO (m/f/d), you will report to the Marketing & Sales SVP in the Marketing & Sales department based in Obernai (67), Paris (75), Frankfurt/Main or Blieskastel (Saarland) for a permanent contract.

What you will do?

• Drive the Marketing & Sales transformation portfolio: build and manage a three-year portfolio aligned with strategic priorities, facilitate prioritisation and governance with the Leadership Team, and manage interdependencies across markets, product groups and global functions.
• Coordinate the global roadmap: align deliverables, timelines, resources and risks across workstreams; maintain the master roadmap; and coordinate annual planning and resource allocation to support successful execution.
• Lead communication and executive reporting: develop dashboards, KPIs and reporting to monitor programme performance and business impact, facilitate governance meetings, and ensure transparent communication with senior leadership, Country Managers and global functions.
• Foster project management excellence: promote continuous improvement; coach project leaders; and support harmonised standards, best practices and efficient ways of working across Marketing & Sales.
• Lead strategic cross-functional projects: take selected high-impact transformation projects from concept to implementation, defining strategy, governance, planning and stakeholder engagement, and ensuring delivery through collaborative leadership and a customer-centric approach.

What about you?

• 6 to 10 years of experience in project management, consulting, transformation, product management, product marketing, or corporate strategy, ideally within international or matrix organizations.
• Strong ability to structure complex topics, manage projects, and bring clarity in ambiguous environments.
• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills, with the confidence to engage effectively with senior leaders.Highly adaptable, pragmatic, and resilient, with the ability to navigate uncertainty and shifting priorities.
• Strong analytical capabilities combined with a hands-on, execution-oriented mindset.
• Collaborative and influential personality: a natural facilitator who can build bridges, challenge constructively, and drive alignment across teams.
• Fluent in English; French and/or German would be a strong advantage.
