Job Description

We are seeking an organised and commercially minded Marketing & Sales Manager to support TGP International’s marketing and sales activity from our Cairo office.

You will support multi-channel campaigns and regional growth initiatives, coordinate proposals and sales materials and help maintain the systems, content and reporting that underpin the wider marketing and sales function.

This is a varied, hands-on role for someone who combines strong project coordination with clear written and visual communication, attention to detail and the confidence to work with colleagues across different offices and disciplines.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and maintain key marketing and communications content, including landing pages, case studies, articles and sales assets, in coordination with relevant internal stakeholders

• Prepare accurate marketing and sales reports, dashboards and presentation materials, highlighting performance, competitor activity, priorities and actionable insights

• Help to cordinate proposals, pitch decks, RFPs and tender submissions, as well as support discovery of relevant platforms and opportunities

• Support overall CRM maintenance by keeping contact, company and opportunity records accurate and up to date, tracking proposal and tender activity, following up on missing information, and maintaining reliable pipeline reporting

• Identify relevant PR, editorial, partnership, awards and industry opportunities for TGP, its projects and leadership team

• Support the planning and delivery of multi-channel campaigns, growth initiatives, industry events and social content, including leadership thought leadership content

Requirements

• 4-5 years in marketing, sales support, business development, communications or a related coordination role

• Fluent written and spoken English and Arabic, with strong writing, editing and proofreading skills

• Demonstrated ability to coordinate multiple projects, stakeholders and deadlines while maintaining accuracy and attention to detail

• Experience preparing professional proposals, presentations, reports or other client-facing materials

• Strong working knowledge of PowerPoint and Excel or Google Sheets, with the ability to organise information and present it clearly

• Confidence using CRM, project-management and shared-document systems; experience with HubSpot, Asana and SharePoint is an advantage

• A practical understanding of B2B marketing, digital content and lead generation workflows

• A proactive, collaborative approach and the judgement to prioritise competing requests and escalate risks early
