In this role, your primary mission is togrowour revenue and top-line business. Your biggest challenge and opportunity will be finding new revenue streams
Whatyou willdo:
In this role, you will build and grow long-term relationships with customers while driving commercial development and ensuring strong account performance.
Lead strategic and operational account work, including planning, follow-up, and contract management for major accounts.
Identifyandvalidatenew revenue streams beyond our existing telco customer base to drive top-line growth.
Coordinate projects and cross-functional initiatives that strengthen our commercial offering and deliver customer-specific solutions.
Drive business development, including the creation of new service products based on customer insights and market analysis.
Perform independent commercial analysis,utilizingExcel and PowerPoint to forecastperformanceand propose actionable economic steps.
Plan and oversee marketing activities, campaigns, and events to ensure consistent brand positioning and a strong market presence.
What we expect from you:
Success in this role is driven by an entrepreneurial mindset, strong relationship-building skills, and the ability to navigate complex customer environments independently.
Proven experience (5–7 years) in managing major B2B accounts with long sales cycles anda track recordof handling large portfolios
Strong commercial acumen and the ability to conduct data-driven economic analyses and presentations
Knowledge of infrastructure-heavy sectors; experience in telecom, real estate, energy, or the defense/mission-critical sector is highly valued.
Ability to lead cross-functional coordination, manage complex initiatives, and deliver measurable commercial outcomes.
Entrepreneurialself-drive;you take ownership of your tasks and are comfortable operating with high autonomy in a small, agile team.
Fluency in Swedish and English for effective communication with customers and internal stakeholders
