Job Title: Marketing & Sales Coordinator

Location: Warsaw, Hybrid (3 days a week from office)

The Marketing Coordinator (Rx) supports the execution of marketing and sales initiatives for prescription products, ensuring efficient coordination between marketing, field force, sales management, and external partners. This role plays a key part in enabling smooth operational delivery of campaigns, events, materials, and cross-functional activities within the Rx portfolio. The position requires a high level of independence, ownership, and effective communication with internal and external stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Coordinate the implementation of marketing campaigns, ensuring timely rollout and alignment with brand strategies.
  • Support the sales team by managing tools, materials, and resources needed for daily activities and field execution.
  • Oversee collaboration with external vendors and agencies, including preparation and delivery of brochures, educational materials, digital assets, and logistical support for conferences and events.
  • Act as a point of contact for agreements, training organization, event support, and coordination with regional managers and field representatives.
  • Provide operational support to Product Managers and Sales Managers, helping streamline workload and ensure business priorities are delivered.
  • Cooperate with internal coordinators from other departments to support cross-functional projects and processes.
  • Manage routine administrative processes, documentation, reports, and internal procedures in line with company guidelines.

Skills & Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience, ideally in the pharmaceutical industry within Rx business (preferred).
  • Experience coordinating marketing or sales activities, supporting field teams, or managing vendors/agencies.
  • Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and ability to manage multiple tasks independently.
  • Assertive, responsible, and collaborative approach to working with field teams and internal stakeholders.
  • Ability to follow established procedures and operate within clearly defined standards.
  • Basic understanding of marketing processes, documentation, and administrative workflows.
  • Fluent Polish and English.
