Acadia Broadcasting is growing fast, and we’re looking for a driven, people‑loving Marketing Sales Consultant to join our Thunder Bay team. You’ll represent some of the city’s most exciting local brands - Country 105, 99.9 the Bay, RoundTable, and a our Community Portal - YourThunderBay.ca - while helping local businesses tell their stories in powerful new ways.

What You’ll Do

• Lead the charge on new business - prospecting, pitching, and building partnerships that fuel both client and community success.
• Cultivate long‑term relationships with local businesses who rely on you as their trusted marketing expert.
• Design innovative, customized advertising solutions that help clients stand out across radio and digital platforms.
• Work flexibly across environments - office, home, and on the road.
• Stay sharp and organized, ensuring accurate account management and smooth operations.
• Bring your entrepreneurial energy, attention to detail, and unstoppable drive to succeed.

What You Bring

• A warm, engaging personality and a natural talent for building relationships.
• Experience in marketing, media, or digital sales (a strong asset).
• The ability to juggle multiple projects in a fast‑moving environment.
• A competitive spirit and a passion for helping businesses grow.
• Tech confidence—especially with platforms like LinkedIn.
• Post‑secondary education in sales or marketing (an asset).
• A valid driver’s license and reliable vehicle (required).

Please note that this is a hybrid position and is expected that the incumbent resides in-market.
