■Your responsibilities:

  • Analyze and deeply understand customers’ pain points through frequent customers visit,
  • Complete market analysis and customers’ pain points analysis before customers visit,
  • Develop proposals which fit for customers’ true needs and requirements,
  • Develop and maintain good human relationships with customers and commercial channels,
  • Find a win-win solution between customers and all stakeholders through constructive dialogue and negotiations,
  • Maintain strong sense of responsibility to achieve goal of the organization and individual KPIs, and
  • Develop new business set up, including improvement of the existing one, in order to contribute for organizational operation and increase output of the team
