Job Description
Ergon Inc. seeks a Marketing Research Intern to join our team. The Marketing Research Intern will support the marketing team in gathering, analyzing, and interpreting data. This role offers hands-on experience in competitive research and broader market analysis. The ideal candidate is creative, detail-oriented, adaptable, and eager to learn in a dynamic environment.
Key Responsibilities:
- Conduct market and competitor research to support ongoing marketing initiatives
- Assist with audience profiling and analysis to better understand target markets
- Gather, analyze, and interpret quantitative and qualitative data
- Present research findings in a clear, user-friendly format using presentation software
- Support the development of reports and insights to inform marketing strategies
- Utilize AI tools as one of several research methods to enhance efficiency and insights
- Collaborate with team members on various marketing and research projects
Qualifications and Expectations:
We are looking for enthusiastic students who meet the following criteria:
- Positive attitude with an aptitude for completing tasks thoroughly
- Self-motivated, hardworking, and dependable
- Curious, fast-learning, and resourceful with a willingness to take initiative
- Strong organizational skills with meticulous attention to detail
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must be a second-semester sophomore
Additionally, the ideal candidate should:
- Have a foundational understanding of marketing principles and an interest in research and analysis
- Be comfortable synthesizing information and presenting it in a clear, user-friendly format
- Have experience using presentation tools (e.g., PowerPoint or similar software)
- Be open to leveraging AI tools alongside traditional research methods
