What You'll Do:Promote and raise awareness of Ohio 529 CollegeAdvantage through schools, libraries, and other venues that reach parents and grandparents statewide. Work with schools, childcare centers, and libraries to raise awareness of Ohio 529 with parents, grandparents, library patrons, and others. Promote Ohio 529 to staff in schools and libraries and to related professional associations, non-profits, and other community groups across Ohio. Minimum Qualifications:Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Public Relations, Business Administration, Related field, or equivalent experience1-2 years experience in banking/finance, sales, or public/community relationsDemonstrated public speaking and communication skillsValid Driver's license and reliable transportationPreferred Qualifications:Experience with school outreach and/or community outreach Familiarity with financial service productsEvent planning and staffing experienceExperience working with multidisciplinary teams to execute and achieve goalsSupplemental InformationSupplemental Information:The starting salary is commensurate with education and experience. Travel throughout the state is required and may include some overnight stays. Due to the nature of events, nights and weekend hours are routinely required. Candidate will be required to utilize their own transportation for travel and will receive standard mileage reimbursement.
