Job

Summary:  90-day trial to determine a successful match for the position. This role involves promoting occupational health services with local employers surrounding our clinics and gauging level of interest.  Territory includes Indiana and Illinois
Key Responsibilities:
- Execute marketing campaigns to local employers surrounding the clinics to increase brand visibility and market penetration
- Develop and maintain relationships with referral sources, community organizations, and strategic partners
- Represent the company at networking events, trade shows, health fairs, and community functions
- Identify and generate qualified leads for the VP of occupational health
- Connect with the account decision maker to identify new business opportunities
- Track and report outreach activities and contact leads in Customer Relationship Management (CRM)
- Distribute marketing materials and ensure consistent brand messaging in the field
- Provide feedback to VP of occ health regarding customer needs and market dynamics

Qualifications

Qualifications:
- Understanding of occupational health principles and services.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Self-motivated with a results-oriented mindset.
- Ability to travel regularly within Illinois and Indiana.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software.
