We are seeking a collaborative and motivated Marketing and Proposal Coordinator to join our team in Bedford, NH or Boston, MA. In this role, you will support a variety of project and operational needs while partnering with technical, corporate, and business leaders. What You Will Do

• Managing the development and production of proposals and qualifications in response to RFPs/RFQs and interview presentation materials as needed.
• Planning, tracking, and reporting on business development activities.
• Managing information in our client relationship management (CRM) system.
• Preparing, updating, and maintaining professional resumes, project descriptions, firm qualification materials, and photos.
• Coordinating promotional items and client gifts.
• Planning and coordinating special events such as webinars and other presentations.
• Conducting client and market research to support business development initiatives.
• Supporting industry events including set-up, attendance, and engagement.
• Providing general marketing coordination across offices/teams as required.

What We Are Looking For

• Highly organized with good time management skills.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Photography and videography skills are a plus.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office (Outlook, Word, PowerPoint) and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, InDesign, Illustrator, Premier), with experience in Deltek Vantagepoint a plus.
• Ability to work independently and meet deadlines in fast-paced environment.
• Positive, collaborative attitude, with the ability to work well with supervisor, coworkers, principals, consultants, and other outside contacts.

Required Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, or related discipline strongly desired.
• Minimum of 1 year of experience, preferably working for an engineering, construction, architecture, or professional services firm.
• Valid driver's license and an acceptable driving record.

Physical Requirements

• Work is mainly performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.
• Sedentary work requiring long periods of sitting.
• Substantial repetitive motions of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers is required.
• Close visual acuity is required to perform activities such as viewing a computer screen and extensive reading.
• Must have the ability to lift and carry parcels, packages, and other items, up to 20 pounds.

Work Format and Schedule

• Standard Hours: Full-time, 40 hours per week
• Schedule: Monday through Friday with flexibility in daily hours
• Work Format: Hybrid
• Office Location: Bedford, NH and/or Boston, MA
• Travel Requirement: Infrequent travel in the Bedford and Boston area.

Salary Information

• The expected base salary range for this position is $66,000 to $70,00 per year.
• Specific compensation for the successful candidate will be based on factors such as experience, education, training, qualifications, and work location.
• Supplemental Pay: Discretionary, annual bonus is based on individual and company performance.
