The Marketing Assistant plays a key role in executing marketing initiatives across SEEDWAY’s Farm, Turf, and Vegetable Seed business units. This position supports the development and delivery of marketing materials, promotions, events, and digital content that drive brand visibility and support sales performance.
This role requires strong organization, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced, agriculture-focused environment.

What you will bring
Normally requires an Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Agribusiness, Marketing, Business Management, or other ag-related area or the equivalent thereof, and 3 - 5 years or more of marketing communications-related work experience.
A fundamental understanding of agricultural production and business is preferred.
Requires proficiency in software applications: Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Adobe In Design, Adobe PhotoShop, and Quark preferred.
Must be willing to travel independently and overnight.
Actual compensation will be determined based on experience, location, and other factors permitted by law.
