Job Description

We’re looking for a Marketing Project Manager to drive the execution and performance of marketing campaigns across our key categories: Trading Card Games and Sports.

This role will work closely with the Growth Manager to elaborate the strategy and turn it into flawless operational delivery: defining the campaign roadmap, coordinating cross-functional teams, managing budgets and KPIs, and analyzing results to optimize future initiatives. It is role pivotal in supporting Fanatics Live and Voggt’s growth across Europe.

This role is ideal for someone of experience in marketing, operations, or consulting: combining analytical rigor, process discipline, and a strong sense of ownership in a fast-moving environment.

Responsibilities:

Campaign Strategy & Execution

  • Co-build with the Growth Manager the marketing roadmap for Europe, ensuring full alignment with business objectives and seasonal priorities.
  • Maintain end to end ownership of the campaign calendar: validate dates, dependencies, and alignment with product drops, shows, and key events.
  • Translate campaign goals into clear, channel-specific briefs (seller activation, marketing, operations, finance, etc.) and ensure full campaign readiness.
  • Lead cross-functional execution as project owner: align teams, clarify deliverables, track progress, anticipate risks, and secure on-time, high-quality delivery.

Performance, Budgeting & Analysis

  • Define objectives, KPIs, and targets for each campaign and take full accountability for business impact.
  • Manage campaign budget allocation and track actuals against plan to ensure efficient spend.
  • Report on results across key growth metrics, ensure ROI, and demonstrate measurable performance uplift.
  • Conduct post-campaign analysis to identify performance drivers, extract learnings, gather cross-team feedback, and integrate optimization actions for future campaigns.

Required Skills and Experience

  • 2–4+ years of experience in a similar role in start‑up, consulting, or similarly fast‑paced environment.
  • Bachelor’s degree from a top-tier business, engineering school or university.
  • Fluent in French and English, written and spoken, and outstanding communication skills (sharp briefs, written updates, concise explanations).
  • Data-driven, with full proficiency in Excel/Google Sheets (SQL is a plus) and the ability to turn numbers into actions.
  • Strong ownership mindset, reliable on deadlines, able to manage several projects in parallel with precision and structure.
  • Sociable and collaborative, you bring positive energy, communicate clearly, and know how to motivate others around shared goals.
