About The Role:

We are seeking a highly organized, proactive Marketing Project Manager to join our team to cover a 9-month maternity leave and lead key website and marketing initiatives.

In this role, you will manage website updates, projects, and priorities; streamline internal marketing workflows; and support the execution of lead-generation campaigns and field marketing initiatives.

What You’ll Be Doing:

  • Own the prioritization and execution of website operations that impact user experience and conversion. Work closely with our web developers, SEO team, and designers to deliver timely updates, maintain site performance, and continuously optimize the website.
  • Help streamline internal request processes and improve turnaround times for web assets, enabling the website to effectively support campaigns and initiatives across the company.
  • Own the coordination and execution of all website-related projects, including new page creation, campaign landing pages, product updates, and brand refreshes. Work closely with marketing, product, design, and development teams to ensure website updates are delivered quickly and accurately.
  • Support the execution of strategic marketing initiatives focused on lead generation, customer engagement, and brand awareness. Work closely with the events and field marketing team to support campaigns around events, webinars, and regional initiatives, coordinating marketing assets, timelines, and deliverables to ensure campaigns are executed on time and drive pipeline and engagement.

Requirements

Requirements:

  • 4+ years of experience in marketing operations, marketing project management, or a similar role in a fast-paced environment, ideally within a SaaS or technology company.
  • Proven experience managing website projects and updates, including coordinating new pages, campaign landing pages, content updates, and site optimizations in collaboration with web developers, designers, and SEO teams.
  • Strong understanding of web development workflows, CMS platforms, and SEO best practices, with experience managing ongoing website improvements and marketing-driven web initiatives.
  • Exceptional organizational and project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously, prioritize effectively, and meet deadlines. Experience with project management tools to track progress and align stakeholders.
  • Experience streamlining marketing workflows and improving operational efficiency, including managing processes such as asset updates, pricing page changes, and localization or translations.
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to coordinate across marketing, product, design, and development teams.
  • Experience supporting or executing marketing campaigns related to lead generation, brand awareness, and product launches.
  • Proactive, detail-oriented, and solutions-driven, with the ability to identify bottlenecks and improve processes to keep projects moving efficiently.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with departments such as Product, Legal, Finance, and Customer Support to ensure alignment and smooth execution.
  • Experience improving efficiency with AI tools - an advantage.
