The pay range is $58,100.00 - $104,600.00

The ProjectManager,Design Partnerships ladders into the Creative Curation Team within TargetCreative The team creates, develops, and executes creative collaborations across the company that involve product co-creation and marketing. They champion and uphold the vision of the collaboration throughout the process with an enterprise view and influence all partners to create a curated guest experience.

As a Project Manager,you’llbe a driving force in ourDesign Partnershipsteamas thekey connector,sourceand driverofproject managementacross the entire design partnership projectand multi-channel campaign Your core responsibility isplanning and driving thestrategic implementation ofeach project and process.You will partner and consult with various marketing and business functions on project coordination,establishingand communicating detailed timing and deliverables, managing product milestones andlogistics, and helping to set clear expectations with partners. You’llbuild connections across the organization and within projects, mitigate risks and roadblocks, and communicate roles and responsibilities throughout the project workflow. Youare responsible forthe financial budget of the project, including daily, monthly,quarterlyand annual budget management, and communicationtoour budget captain.Your commitment to collaborationand driving resultswill rally internal and external partners across all functionsto plan and deliver a flawlessguest experience that inspires guests to choose Target.

  • Drive the planning and execution ofpartnershipprojectsby offering insights, connection,andinfluence

  • Create and orchestrate an execution plan to deliver on holistic project strategy, collaborating with key partners andoptimizingprocesses and toolsfrom projectinceptionto post-launch

  • Establish and own marketing timing and action across all channels and functions, internally and externally, and coordination of deliverables, inclusive of meeting prep for designer and leader reviews, and leading CFTs

  • Lead shoot prep, including drivingsample preparations,consultingon product priorities,coordinating asset needs, andfacilitatingreviews

  • Drivepost productioncreative routing, approval, and delivery process

  • Own project budget management and marketing sample management processes, including vendor/designer payment processing

About you:

  • Four-year degree or equivalent work experience

  • 3+years of related work experience in project management, marketing experience preferred

  • Proven experience in project management, delivering strongresultsmanagingand executingmultiplecomplexprojects simultaneously

  • Excellent communication,relationship management,and influence/negotiationskills

  • Collaborative team player, ability to co-create with passion

  • Exceptionaltime management,organizationand planningskillsto drive others to achieve results on a timeline

  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills

  • Ability to drive operational excellence

  • Self-starter withdemonstratedcuriosity that thrives in time sensitive, fast-paced environments, with ability to dive into challengesand ambiguity

This position will operate as a Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement based on Target’s needs. A Hybrid/Flex for Your Day work arrangement means the team member’s core role will need to be performedboth onsite at the Target HQ MN location the role is assigned to and virtually,depending upon what your role, team and tasks require for that day.
