The Opportunity:
We're looking for a Marketing Project Manager—a strategic, detail-oriented, and highly organized professional to lead and execute cross-functional marketing initiatives. In this role, you'll manage key projects, collaborate with multiple departments, and ensure seamless execution of marketing campaigns. What You’ll Do:
🔹 Project Leadership – Oversee marketing projects from strategy to execution, ensuring timely and high-quality delivery.
🔹 Strategic Planning & Execution – Define project goals, coordinate resources, manage budgets, and track performance.
🔹 Cross-Team Collaboration – Work closely with marketing, sales, digital, product, design, and customer service teams to align efforts and maximize impact.
🔹 External Vendor Management – Partner with agencies, print houses, PR firms, digital suppliers, and other service providers to execute campaigns.
🔹 Data-Driven Decision Making – Analyze project performance, track KPIs, and extract insights to optimize marketing initiatives.
🔹 Process Optimization – Implement best practices and tools to enhance efficiency, streamline workflows, and improve execution.
What We’re Looking For:
✅ Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration, Economics, or a related field.
✅ 2+ years of experience in marketing project management.
✅ Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously while meeting deadlines.
✅ Experience working with cross-functional teams and external suppliers.
✅ Solid understanding of digital marketing, including advertising campaigns, SEO, social media, and marketing automation.
✅ Proficiency in Office & Google Workspace (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.).
✅ Experience with CRM or marketing automation tools – a significant advantage.
✅ Analytical mindset, problem-solving skills, attention to detail, and a proactive attitude.
✅ Ability to work independently, take initiative, and drive projects forward.
