Job Description

Marketing Project Manager
About Biller GenieBiller Genie is an accounts receivable automation platform that helps businesses get paid faster — automated, integrated, and simplified. We partner with accountants, payment processors, and software providers to deliver seamless invoice-to-cash solutions that free business owners from the burden of chasing payments.
Biller Genie is looking for a driven, detail-oriented Marketing Project Manager to sit at the center of our entire partner commercialization operation. We work with two distinct partner channels, payments and franchise, and across both, the goal is the same: take Biller Genie from “a product we sell” to “a product embedded in, co-sold through, or distributed by our partners” - at scale. The strategy and priorities for this commercialization process are set by the CEO and Head of Partnerships. Your job is to make sure everything actually gets done.

Every partner relationship, whether a payment processor, ISO, bank, or franchise network, moves through a commercialization lifecycle that requires a steady stream of content, coordination, and execution. A compelling pitch for a prospecting meeting, a structured overview for an onboarding conversation, a co-branded asset for a joint go-to-market push, a training resource for a newly activated partner. The partnerships team is in these conversations constantly, and the demand for sharp, purposeful deliverables never stops.

You’re the project manager of the commercialization process from end to end. The CEO and Head of Partnerships set the strategy and the commercial direction. You own the execution: tracking every deliverable, driving cross-functional teams to hit their commitments, and making sure every partner-facing touchpoint is ready on time and to the standard our partners expect. This role requires someone who thrives on ownership, operates with urgency, and knows how to keep a complex, multi-workstream operation moving without dropping anything.
Key ResponsibilitiesPartner Meeting Preparation & Content
  • Collaborate with the partnership team to understand the goal, the audience, and what a successful outcome looks like.
  • Translate partner meeting objectives into purpose-built content: pitch decks, partnership overviews, co-branded one-pagers, product positioning briefs, joint value propositions, and leave-behind materials.
  • Develop content that speaks to each partner type, whether a payment processor, ISO, bank partner, or franchise network, ensuring every deliverable reflects how Biller Genie fits into that partner’s specific business model and what commercialization looks like together.
  • Understand and account for the differences between payments and franchise partner types in how content is structured, positioned, and deployed, so every asset reflects the right commercialization context for that relationship.
Commercialization & Productization Support
  • Support the Director of Partnerships in executing the commercialization strategy across both payments and franchise partner types, including packaging frameworks, partner tier documentation, co-go-to-market playbooks, and positioning guides.
  • Help translate internal product capabilities into partner-friendly language - making it easy for channel partners, resellers, and integrators to understand, sell, and represent Biller Genie accurately.
  • Coordinate the creation of materials that support key commercialization milestones: initial partner launch, joint market activation, and ongoing program expansion.
  • Work with Product and Sales to ensure partner-facing positioning stays aligned with Biller Genie’s evolving product capabilities and go-to-market strategy.
Project & Task Management
  • Own the project management of the full commercialization process across all partner types: track every deliverable, maintain visibility into what is in flight, what is due, and what is at risk, and hold cross-functional teams accountable to timelines and outputs.
  • Drive end-to-end delivery of every commercialization workstream: scoping the work, assigning cross-functional owners, managing production timelines, running review cycles, and ensuring final handoff happens on time and to standard, for both payments and franchise partner relationships.
  • Proactively surface blockers, manage competing priorities, and keep all stakeholders informed on timelines and progress without needing to be chased.
  • Build and maintain task tracking systems that give the Director of Partnerships real-time visibility into progress across the commercialization roadmap, surfacing blockers early and keeping all stakeholders aligned.
Cross-Functional Coordination
  • Act as the connector between the partnerships leadership and all internal departments, including Product, Sales, Marketing, and Operations, to gather inputs, drive execution, and ensure cross-functional commitments are met.
  • Manage review and feedback cycles efficiently so the partnerships team always walks into partner meetings prepared, confident, and on-message, with every deliverable approved and ready.
  • Build strong working relationships across the organization to reduce friction in how partner content gets created and delivered.
Content Operations
  • Maintain an organized, up-to-date library of partner content assets — pitch decks, one-pagers, templates, positioning docs — so materials are easy to find, reuse, and update as partnerships and messaging evolve.
  • Identify recurring content needs and build templates or modular frameworks that reduce rework and allow the team to respond faster to new partner opportunities.
  • Collect and incorporate feedback from the partnerships team on what content and deliverables are landing with partners across both channel types, continuously improving quality and relevance over time.
  What We’re Looking ForRequired Qualifications
  • 3+ years of experience in a marketing project management, content production, or marketing coordinator role — ideally in a B2B environment.
  • Proven ability to manage a high volume of concurrent projects and tasks without losing detail, quality, or momentum.
  • Strong ability to absorb business context quickly and translate it into clear, well-structured marketing content — without needing heavy creative direction.
  • Excellent written communication skills; you write crisply, structure content logically, and produce work that requires minimal revision.
  • Experience coordinating cross-functional work across multiple teams and stakeholders with competing priorities.
  • Proficiency with project management tools (e.g., Asana, Monday.com, Notion, or similar) and a track record of building systems that actually get used.
  • A proactive, ownership-oriented mindset — you identify what needs to happen next and make it happen without waiting to be asked.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Experience supporting a business development, partnerships, or channel sales team with content, meeting preparation, or enablement materials.
  • Familiarity with B2B go-to-market concepts: channel distribution, partner tiers, co-sell motions, or product packaging and positioning.
  • Background in B2B SaaS, fintech, payments, or a partner-driven business model.
  • Comfort with design tools such as Canva or Adobe Creative Suite for light formatting and layout work.
  • Experience working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment where the work is varied, priorities shift, and no two weeks look the same.

Why Biller Genie
  • A high-impact role at the center of how Biller Genie commercializes through partnerships, spanning both payments and franchise channels. Your work directly enables the relationships and execution that expand our market reach and revenue.
  • Exposure to the full lifecycle of B2B partnership commercialization — from prospect pitch to joint go-to-market activation — across a diverse range of partner types.
  • A fast-moving, varied workload where you’ll work on something different every week and develop a broad, deep understanding of how partnerships drive growth.
  • A collaborative, execution-focused team culture that values accountability, follow-through, and getting things done.
  • A fast-growing fintech company with a clear product-market fit and an exciting road ahead.
  • Competitive compensation and benefits package.
