This role requires a proactive, detail-oriented professional with strong organizational, communication, and project planning skills.You’llcollaborate cross-functionally with creative teams, program managers, and event leads to deliver impactful marketingcontentthat resonatesglobally.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage the end-to-end execution of marketing projects, campaigns, and deliverables.
Scopeproject requirementsanddefineclearobjectivesand timelines
Develop andmaintainproject plans, schedules, and status reports to ensure transparency and accountability.
Coordinate cross-functional teams, including writers, designers, program managers, and eventleadsto ensure seamless execution.
Monitor project progress, proactivelyidentifyrisks, and implement mitigation strategies.
Ensure deliverables meet deadlines, follow established workflows, and receiveappropriate approvals
Enter and follow up on tasks in our project management tool, Asana
Identifyopportunities for improvementforproject processes andassistin making those improvements.
Collaborate effectively with global teams across multiple time zones and languages,demonstratingcultural awareness and flexibility.

Pay Range Data
Project ManagerI$29.16- $43.10per hour.
Project Manager II $36.56 -$54.03per hour
Our pay ranges are determined by job, responsibility, and location. We base our starting pay offer and title on location and job-related factors such as candidate experience, training, knowledge, and skills.
