Job Description

As the Marketing Project Marketing, you will support the activation of integrated marketing strategies, plans and campaigns for Business-to-Consumer (B2C) audiences.

You will report directly to the AVP, Growth Marketing . You will serve in a critical support role as the day-to-day contact for marketing team members and stakeholders. To be successful in this role, you will need to build strong cross-functional relationships , and develop deep knowledge of our Connected Living carrier and MSO clients and the products and services we provide to their consumer bases.

The Growth Marketing Project Manager is responsible for planning, coordinating and delivering marketing initiatives and client program launches in alignment with business unit strategic goals and aggressive implementation timelines. This role ensures seamless orchestration across cross-functional teams, timely go-to-market execution, and alignment of marketing deliverables to client and business objectives.

You will oversee the marketing team’s projects and deliverables, while coordinating with other departments, Centers of Excellence, Legal/Compliance, and external stakeholders to ensure successful launch execution and campaign deployment.

The project manager oversees the complete marketing project lifecycle, from initiation through launch and post-launch support, ensuring the projects meet the expectations of the stakeholders, compliance requirements budget and timeline commitments. This includes proactive risk identification, mitigation planning, and ongoing status reporting to ensure launch readiness.

You will monitor and track project progression and performance, ensuring delivery of work products within agreed scope, schedule, budget and regulatory standards.

Project Management of client program launches (60%)

  • Support end-to-end execution of integrated marketing campaigns and client program launches for B2C audiences, ensuring timely delivery against defined go-live deadlines
  • Develop comprehensive project plans, and detailed workback schedules aligned to launch milestones and implementation requirements
  • Actively manage cross-functional launch execution by outlining project goals, success markers, and critical path dependencies
  • Collaborate with Creative Services and Marketing Operations to facilitate the end-to-end development of marketing materials, managing timelines, feedback cycles, approvals, and final asset delivery to support on-time project and launch execution.
  • Track project progress against established milestones and deliverables using Monday.com and project management platforms.
  • Manage daily intake of client and internal marketing requests, prioritizing strategic initiatives and launch timelines

Cross-functional coordination & stakeholder management (20%)

  • Act as day-to-day marketing execution contact for internal stakeholders and cross-functional partners
  • Build strong working relationships across Marketing, Creative Services, Product, Sales, Account Management, Legal, Compliance, and Centers of Excellence
  • Represent Marketing in weekly creative services status meetings and cross-functional launch discussions
  • Monitor project performance to ensure delivery within agreed scope, schedule, and quality expectations
  • Maintain proactive communication regarding project status, risks, dependencies, and mitigation plans
  • Develop contingency plans and recommend corrective actions to address potential obstacles

Legal/compliance and documentation tracking (20%)

  • Execute legal submissions for advertising and marketing materials, managing final files/documentation.
  • Serve as Marketing liaison with legal advertising analysts to ensure timely approvals
  • Maintain organized documentation and project records to support compliance and audit readiness.
  • Track and manage Statements of Work (SOWs) and documentation for clients utilizing MDF (Market Development Funds), ensuring proper alignment and recordkeeping.

Qualifications Required

  • Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Marketing, Communications, Business Administration or related field.
  • 5+ years progressive experience in, project management in a matrixed environment.
  • 3+ years direct experience in B2C marketing
