This role manages multiple marketing and design projects while assisting with campaign development, digital advertising, social media content, and marketing analytics. The Coordinator maintains Google Ads campaigns, develops social media content, and produces marketing materials that align with company objectives. The position also contributes to special marketing projects including trade shows, company events, photography, and performance reporting.
Responsibilities:
Coordinate and execute multiple marketing campaigns and creative projects simultaneously
Create, maintain, and optimize Google Ads campaigns to support marketing initiatives and lead generation
Design and produce graphic design projects and marketing materials for digital and print use
Create and schedule social media content and posts across company platforms
Assist with marketing analytics and reporting, including campaign performance and lead tracking
Support trade shows, company events, photography projects, and internal marketing activities
Assist in building and updating web pages with attention to SEO optimization
Ensure all marketing materials and campaigns align with company branding and strategic objectives
QualificationsRequired Experience and Skills:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Graphic Design, or related field preferred
Experience in digital marketing, graphic design, or project coordination preferred
Familiarity with Google Ads, social media platforms, and marketing analytics tools
Experience with graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar tools
Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong attention to detail and accuracy
