As Marketing Coordinator, you will play a pivotal role in driving customer engagement, retention, lead generation and sales growth through data-driven marketing activity.
You will take ownership of our marketing automation platform (HubSpot), ensuring we maximise its full potential to deliver targeted campaigns, improve customer communication, support our sales team and drive measurable commercial results.
This role is for a commercially minded marketing professional who can combine creativity, technology and analytical thinking to develop, execute and continuously improve multi-channel marketing campaigns that generate measurable business outcomes.
You will be responsible for customer segmentation, marketing automation, campaign management, customer journey development, communication channel optimisation and marketing analytics, ensuring the right message reaches the right customer through the right channel at the right time.
You will be expected to take ownership of the marketing plan, identify opportunities, make recommendations and drive initiatives forward with minimal supervision.
This role is expected to challenge existing marketing activity, identify new opportunities and continuously improve how Springvale communicates with and engages its customers.
HubSpot expertise is an absolute requirement. Candidates must have extensive hands-on experience using HubSpot on a daily basis and be capable of independently managing all aspects of the platform, including automation workflows, CRM management, customer segmentation, reporting, campaign execution, and performance optimisation. Applications without strong HubSpot experience will not be considered.

· Lead the development and implementation of customer segmentation strategies.

· Create communication programmes for smaller customer accounts and growth opportunities.
· Measure response rates and campaign effectiveness to maximise return on investment.

· Manage and maintain brochures, sales literature, promotional materials and digital assets using external agencies where necessary.
· Coordinate marketing projects with external agencies, designers and print suppliers.

· Take full ownership for delivering agreed marketing activities and measuring their effectiveness.

Weekly Reporting Requirements
Every Monday morning (before 10:00am UK time) submit a marketing plan outlining:
· Key objectives and priorities for the week.
· Campaigns being launched, developed or optimised.
· HubSpot activity planned.
· Automation workflows being developed, tested or improved.
· Customer segments being targeted.
· Communications scheduled across all channels.
· Website and content updates planned.
· Projects requiring support, approval or input.
· Expected outcomes and KPIs.
· Any risks or challenges that may impact delivery.
Every Friday afternoon (before close of business UK time) submit a performance summary detailing:
· Activities completed during the week.
· Campaign performance and key metrics.
· Customer engagement results.
· Leads, enquiries or opportunities generated.
· Progress against weekly objectives.
