Summary:
The Marketing Project Coordinator drives the intake, planning, and execution of RAM Mounts’ marketing work across product launches and ongoing initiatives. This role owns the internal request portal workflow—triaging requests, translating needs into clear deliverables, and converting complex tickets into structured projects with defined scope, timelines, and resources. Working cross-functionally with Product, Sales, Engineering, Operations, and Creative, the coordinator ensures launch assets (sales collateral, retail packaging, catalogs, web pages, etc.) are delivered on time and to standard.
Responsibilities:
- Own intake and triage for all marketing requests via the RAM internal request portal, prioritizing tickets, clarifying needs, and maintaining clear queue visibility.
- Evaluate ticket scope/complexity and convert eligible work into structured projects with defined deliverables, timelines, and success criteria.
- Define and manage project plans end-to-end: scope, tasks, milestones, dependencies, timelines, roles, and resource requirements.
- Maintain accurate project documentation and status reporting in Jira; ensure milestones, decisions, and files are current and easy to find.
- Coordinate cross-functional execution of new product marketing deliverables (sales collateral, retail packaging, catalogs, web page creation) to hit launch timelines.
- Lead planning and execution of vertical/OEM/activity-line catalogs, including schedules, stakeholder reviews, approvals, and production timelines.
- Provide day-to-day direction and support to project contributors; track progress, surface risks/blockers, and drive resolution to keep work on track.
- Champion consistent use of ticketing tools and processes across departments; educate employees on the Portal and reinforce workflow standards.
- Communicate requirements and production guidelines to overseas vendors, ensuring alignment to RAM quality standards, timelines, and deliverable specs

Qualifications
- 2-3 years’ experience in a similar role
- Experience with JIRA Software, Service Desk and Confluence
- Proficient computer skills including MS Word, PowerPoint, Excel, Outlook
- Excellent time management and organizational skills
- A collaborative and team-oriented disposition
- Able to work in fast-paced, self-directed entrepreneurial environment
- Demonstrated ability to manage ambiguous complex projects
- Strong written, spoken and interpersonal communication skills
Preferred

Qualifications:
- PMP Certified preferred
