This person will help create the processes necessary to deliver an excellent customer experience, whether digital or direct, as well as organize excellent educational events that support our engagement with them.

Product development nerd – You appreciate and like to support the Senior Marketing Manager via excellent project management skills in order to help take a new product or service idea from concept through to launch and adoption in the marketplace. You like to keep trains running on time.
Organizing wizard – You like operating with a clear plan and goal, love a calendar to guide your work, are great at making and sticking to lists, and know how to ensure projects and events are executed in a timely manner

What you'll do:
Build and improve end-user marketing nurture journeys with an eye towards improvement and growth of the same
Project manage end-user initiatives, as well as product and service development initiatives, to ensure on-time launch of the initiatives.
Help ideate and assist with creation of new product and service business plans, from concept to creation, assisting with of a variety of tasks including asset creation, market research, pro forma growth and ROI targets, and more
Manage projects from start to finish, mapping out steps with stakeholders from multiple teams, deliverables and deadlines and driving to a quality work product and on-time completion
Coordinate and manage all logistical aspects of end-user events and tradeshows
Help create and track metrics that define the health of our processes and systems
Understand end-user perspective to ensure it is incorporated into marketing systems and process design, resulting in a positive user experience and always-improving conversion
Assist with maintenance of product gross margin targets via tracking of price vs competition
Help design and execute market research surveys
Coordinate and project manage direct customer requests
Coordinate and manage SWAG purchases
Assist with other duties as assigned.

QualificationsWe want to hear from you if you have:
5+ years’ experience in marketing coordination
5+ years’ experience building and improving digital nurture journeys
1+ years’ experience in event coordination
Familiarity and confidence with CRM and marketing automation building and the platforms used (e.g. Salesforce, Constant Contact, HubSpot, etc.)
Strong understanding of email marketing best practices
Comfortable using tools like WordPress, Canva, Google Analytics, and the Microsoft suite of products
Excellent attention to detail
Effective interpersonal skills to be able to communicate with all levels of personnel, community members, and company leadership with tact, consideration, and respect
A desire to engage with Sashco’s unique and quirky culture
Bonus points for anyone with these qualifications:
Fluent in Spanish.
Experience in the construction or home improvement industry.
