About the Role

We are looking for a Marketing Program Manager to join our team and drive end-to-end delivery of strategic marketing and engagement initiatives.

In this client-facing role, you will lead project execution across multiple stakeholders, ensuring seamless coordination between teams, timely delivery, and measurable outcomes. You will act as the central point connecting strategy, communications, digital engagement, and operational execution.

This position is ideal for someone who thrives in fast-paced environments and enjoys balancing project leadership, stakeholder management, communications, and program operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Manage end-to-end project delivery from scoping and requirements through deployment.
  • Develop and execute project plans, timelines, deliverables, and governance processes.
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams and manage dependencies, risks, and escalations.
  • Drive execution and monitor project progress to ensure delivery quality and business impact.
  • Prepare status updates and communicate project performance to sponsors and stakeholders.
  • Support digital engagement initiatives across partner communities and communication channels.
  • Manage onboarding communications, newsletters, and community engagement activities.
  • Coordinate webinars including registration, invitations, execution, and post-event communications.
  • Support content publishing and digital portal management for partner programs.
  • Oversee reporting activities including readiness assessments and monthly business reviews.
  • Collaborate with agencies and external partners to support program objectives.
  • Mentor project resources and contribute to continuous improvement initiatives.

  • Minimum 5 years of experience managing projects in Marketing, Digital, Technology, or related environments.
  • Proven experience delivering enterprise-scale initiatives for large organizations.
  • Experience managing cross-functional and multidisciplinary teams.
  • Strong stakeholder management and executive communication skills.
  • Experience managing creative or design-related projects.
  • Demonstrated ability to improve processes and drive operational excellence.
  • Experience in customer-facing environments.
  • Strong organization, prioritization, and execution skills.

Preferred Qualifications

  • Experience in Digital Marketing programs.
  • Experience with partner engagement or community programs.
  • Certifications in PMP, Agile, Scrum, Six Sigma, ITIL, Cobit5, or similar.
  • Experience managing project budgets.
  • Experience with webinars, communications, and digital content platforms.
  • Exposure to reporting and analytics tools.
