TheMarketing Program Manager, Brokers and Alliance Gatewaysis responsible forthe strategic oversight and operational execution of Copart’s third-partyBroker ecosystem. This role serves as the primary governance lead for a high-volume,globalpipeline of program participants.The successful candidate will balance rigorous compliance standards with program development initiatives,while communicating regularly with Brokers, Broker applicants, and internal Copart teams tomaturethe Broker and Alliance Gateway program.
Copart’s Brokers provide vehiclepurchasingandlogisticssolutions for end consumersthrough Copart’s auction environment. Prospective buyers will connect with aCopart registeredBrokerand the Broker will bid on and buy Copart vehicles on their behalf. Alliance Gateways areCopart-brandedphysical storefrontsoperatedin international regionsby select Brokersto allow the Broker to further connect with prospectivebuyers.
ESSENTIAL DUTIES
Broker ApplicantPipeline Management:Oversee the end-to-end vetting and onboarding process for hundreds of domestic and international broker applicants, ensuring all participants meet rigorous platform standards.
Process Operations:Create centralized intake, tracking and reporting mechanisms to improve visibility and reduce manual effort;establishstandardized templates, naming conventions; introduce automation whereappropriate (e.g., forms, workflows, simple integrations) to reduce operational friction.
Compliance & Risk Mitigation:Maintaindiligent oversight of participant data and account histories, while understanding andidentifyingany business or compliance risks.This includesmaintainingmeticulous records and audit trails to provide leadership with clear visibility into program health and regulatory alignment.
High-Stakes Communication:Serve as the primary point of contact for the program,utilizingdiscretion and precise,legally-sensitivelanguage to communicate policy requirements and compliance boundaries, while also serving as an advocate for the current or prospective Broker
Cross-Functional Program Evolution:Act as the central liaison between Legal, Finance,Tech, and Yard Operations to drive infrastructure improvements, such as refining billing workflows, updating digital interfaces, and modernizing yard-access policies.
Data-Driven Optimization:Navigate and organize complexBroker account data and analyze trends in data around the Broker program toprovideactionable insights for program growth and scaling.
Strategic Stakeholder Alignment:Aligninternal departments to ensurea cohesiveexperience forBrokers and theircustomers, translating broad program goals into executed policy and operational updates.
Minimum Requirements:
Bachelor’sdegree in Business, Communications, or a related field isrequired
5+ years of professional experience in program management, compliance, or a high-stakesoperationalormarketingrole.
Advancedproficiencyin professional writing and verbal advocacy. Mustdemonstratethe ability to handle sensitive negotiations and compliance-driven dialogue with extreme care.
Proven ability to navigate complex data sets and translate fragmented information into organized, actionable operational structures.
Strong organizational and leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at all levels of the organization.
A proactive mindset with the capacity to manage a maturing program and adapt to evolving business needs in a global marketplace.
Advancedproficiencywith Microsoft 365 (SharePoint, Forms, OneDrive) or Google Workspace forbuildingorganized, centralized workflows
Preferred qualifications
Graduatedegree in Business, Communications, or a related field isrequired
Experience in automotive, marketplace, B2B, or auction-based industries.
